In terms of competition within the music biz, despite the fact that in actuality, their music is very different, 5 Seconds of Summer – who are also known as 5SOS – One Direction and Little Mix are often spoken about in the same sentence, but in a vote, which band would be named the best?

Well, that’s what CelebrityBR wanted to know, and so posted a poll on their website asking fans to vote…

Also included in the poll are Maroon 5 and Fifth Harmony, however, at the time of writing, One Direction are out in front with 42.53% which equates to 59,873 votes.

5 Seconds Of Summer have 31.21% and 43,929 votes, while Little Mix have scored 14.13% with 19,897 votes. Fifth Harmony have 11.17% and 15,718 votes but Maroon 5 have only 0.96% and 1,355 votes.
The poll won’t close until May 3, so if you want to have your say, go cast your vote or head over to Twitter and using the hashtag #CelebrityAwards2015 add the name of the artist you want to vote for.


Meanwhile, and apropos of 5 Seconds of Summer, Plain White T’s have heaped praise on the Aussie rockers, saying that they are “totally fun”.

While speaking to Sugarscape, they also joked that they might sue 5SOS for similarities between their hit Amnesia and T’s own track, Hey There Delilah, because both songs are “acoustically driven” apparently.

But back to the issue of which band is best, and what we’d like to know is, if you were told that you for the entirety of the rest of your life, you could only ever go and see one band performing live – and had the five above to choose from – which one would you pick?

It’s a tricky one, but I think if I absolutely had to choose, I’d say One Direction, but let us know your choice, and the reasons why you chose that band in particular, in the comment box below.
